The Day of Airborne Forces

Former Russian paratroopers celebrated the Airborne Forces Day on August 2. The celebration was divided into two parts. The official event took place at Red Square and was marked by the authorities` participation, while the Moscow Gorky Park remains the place for an annual unofficial party for the paratroopers. Traditionally, each and every man, who onceserved in airborne forces must wear a special white-and-blue singlet and jump to splash in a fountain.
